What data do we collect?
When you contact us
If you fill in the form, email or call, we receive what you give us: name, email, phone, company and your message. We use it to reply and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps before entering into an agreement.
The form either opens your own email app with the text filled in, or sends the message through a form service straight to our inbox. Nothing is stored in a database on the site.
When you are a client
We process contact and billing details to deliver the service and to comply with Swedish bookkeeping law. If we have access to your social accounts to publish content, it is through secure connections, never through passwords sent by email.
When you visit the site
We measure visits with cookie free analytics. It shows things like how many people visit a page and from which country, but it does not identify you or follow you across sites. Our hosting processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
Cookies
We use no cookies for tracking or advertising, which is why there is no cookie banner. When you type in the box on the home page, the text is stored temporarily in your browser (sessionStorage) so it can be carried to the contact form. It is deleted when you send it or close the tab.
How long do we keep data?
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as the agreement runs and then for as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Who do we share data with?
We never sell personal data. We use providers for hosting, email and forms who process data on our behalf. We choose providers in the EU where possible. If data is processed outside the EU, it is protected by the EU standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to object to it. Email info@augebitur.com and we will help. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
Website terms
Copy, images, logo and code on augebitur.com belong to Augebitur or are used with permission. You are welcome to link here, but please do not copy the content without our consent. We do our best to keep the information correct, but it may contain errors and may change. All prices exclude VAT. The terms for our services are set out in the agreement we sign with you.
